APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION OF SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION RIGHTS REQUIRED FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS IN QUEBEC
In accordance with the Agreement signed between the governments of Québec and the Republic of Madagascar in November 2002 and amended in June 2011 concerning the allocation of Québec scholarships for exemption from tuition fees to Malagasy students, the attention is brought to the candidates to the said fellowships that:
- any request for exemption from tuition fees should be addressed to the Head of Managing Exemption Scholarships, Ministry of National Education and Scientific Research, BP267 ANOSY, ANTANANARIVO 101, MADAGASCAR, Fax: (261) -20) 22 247 65;
- any application must be accompanied by a copy of the final offer of admission to a full-time program at a Québec university education institution and of the attached schedule II of the Agreement, which must be completed and signed by each Applicant. To have a copy click here ;
